Strategic Military Partners Conference app for iPhone and iPad

PURPOSE OF THIS APPLICATION:

Continued improvement and transformation is the goal of ACTs operations. This app replaces traditional paper "welcome packages". It contains all administrative notes (i.e: agendas, bios, maps etc) for the 2015 Strategic Military Partner Conference (SMPC). With this app you will be able to receive up-to-the-minute updates and you can opt-in to receive push notifications on your device. This will allow you to be notified of movement times, last-minute agenda/location changes and other pertinent information. You can also connect with other conference attendees in ways that you were not able to previously that will foster continued NATO-Partner relationships as well as relationships with other Partner nations.

PURPOSE OF SMPC:

SMPC is a core event within SACTs Strategic Engagement Campaign. Its target audience consists of:

-CHODs of NATO
-Partnership for Peace (PfP)
-Mediterranean Dialogue (MD)
-Istanbul Cooperation Initiative (ICI)
-Partners across the Globe (PatG)

and informs them about NATOs transformational efforts. By creating a common understanding amongst a wide array of partners and members of the Alliance alike. The intent of SMPC is to facilitate the exchange of ideas regarding transformation throughout the trans-Atlantic community. SACT will take the findings from SMPC to craft best military advice regarding NATOs transformational efforts.
